The Role:

Our Client is seeking an Officer Manager/ Personal Assistant, who will naturally want to support and help colleagues in their success. With a diligent and caring nature, you will be driven by a desire to organise and support.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Answering/Directing calls and taking messages & intercom
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Ordering stationary and other necessary supplies/general office housekeeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post/arranging courier services/tracking & signing for packages
  • Personal tea/coffee/lunch for CEO and visitor meetings
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing documents
  • Assisting with arranging company events
  • Supporting the office with ad-hoc duties
  • Office & Chairman Expenses
  • Car meter monitoring & parking (twice a day)


About You:

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Organised, methodical and meticulous
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Friendly and welcoming approach
  • Full and clean UK driving license is essential
