The Role:

The Senior Marketing Specialist works with Director of Marketing and Management team to advise on and execute marketing campaigns. The Senior Marketing Specialist works collaboratively with all Marketing team members, internal departments, stakeholders, and external agencies to achieve business goals and objectives using digital marketing tactics. This role is responsible for managing the tactical aspects of marketing campaigns which may include creative briefs, digital asset management, web development, and vendor management.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • An overall increase in marketing’s influence on pipeline generation through the scale of both perpetual and time-bound marketing campaigns, measured through multi-touch attribution and sales qualified leads
  • An increase in the utilisation of marketing technology such as marketing automation and personalisation to scale and drive campaign execution
  • An increase in target account engagement and pipeline influence through account-based marketing campaigns and recording of the outcome.
  • Increased scale of new and re-purposed topical/industry/persona content production that broadens our reach on Google, increases prospect engagement and amplifies the brand
  • Provide insight and analysis on the value and potential ROI of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels

  • Lead generation and nurture programs
  • Account based Marketing initiatives
  • Podcast development and execution
  • Assist with video production
  • Content marketing
  • Paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Company website management
  • Assist with event and trade shows
  • Company website management
  • Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery

About You

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role (ie. Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager)
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing campaigns over the last 2-3 years
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, psychology, business or equivalent
  • Past experience in B2B Marketing department
  • Past experience marketing SaaS products
  • Preferred  - Intermediate/working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Marketo)

Skills And Competencies

  • Knowledge about SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, Display, and Re-targeting tactics to drive traffic and conversions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience using analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • Knowledge about podcast development and production is a plus
  • Knowledge about video production is a plus
